With the sale of their Melbourne headquarters at 244 Flinders Street, Yooralla has agreed terms for a new 10 year lease of Level 14 595 Collins Street totalling some 1894 sqm of refurbished office space. The premises had particular appeal to Yooralla allowing for the consolidation of business units over a single floor plate and being a “stones throw” from Southern Cross railway station for easy access for clients and staff. With the impending expiry of their lease Global Orthopaedic Technology Pty Ltd instructed Goodwin Property Advisory to source the market for new office/warehouse premises. Following an extensive search, terms were negotiated for recently developed premises at Unit 38 25-37 Huntingdale Road Burwood of some 378 sqm on a new five year lease.
